Our first restaurant resulted in a design award from AIA San Francisco and being published in the August 2010 issue of Hospitality Design – “restaurant heavyweights”. A truly fantastic collaboration with our clients: taking inspiration from the sea, an articulated ceiling designed in the BIM environment, emerges from a 30-foot long sushi bar as catalyst for a complete remodel of a 27 year-old beloved, neighborhood restaurant. Blending the innovative with the traditional, the cuisine and interiors unite to create a sensuous dining experience.
